Demystifying management system accreditation requirements through management standards training
All trainers working with Arrowhead Training have decades of experience working in the certification and accreditation industries on a global basis and have worked as Lead Assessors for IAF MLA Signatory Accreditation Bodies and Certification Bodies. This unique combination of experiences allows us to develop material that supports the expected outcomes of accreditation bodies, certification bodies and end-users or certified bodies. Our trainers are experienced in assessing multiple management standards in multiple countries, which allows them to share experiences which provide insight and value to those attending our courses.
Some of our courses are developed in collaboration with ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB). One of the worlds foremost accreditation bodies operating in many countries across the globe. For more information on ANAB, visit their web-site www.anab.org.
Our primary aim is to provide quality, value-added management standards training through convenient and user friendly online means. We provide training on a global basis. All of our trainings can be provided in multiple languages through the use of translators with accreditation and certification industry experience to improve the learning experience of students whose first language may not be English.
Recognizing that an ISO certification body typically has to learn through the painful experience of nonconformities that cost time, resources and cause frustration. Arrowhead Training's courses are designed to provide insight into key requirements and bridge this knowledge gap. The course development aims to highlight areas where experience has taught us that the requirement of the documents which are the subject of the training, is open to misunderstanding or is ambiguous!
